Hamptons Diet: The truth.
I could keep writing in more detail about the Hamptons
Diet and what experts say, but it seems pointless. Long-term weight
loss success is less about the type of food consummed, and more about
self-discipline and exercise. Pretty much everyone in the nutrional
and medical fields agree on balanced low-fat nutrition and exercise.
At least if your goal is long-term weight loss and not losing a few
pounds for the weekend.
